Shipping
We are only selling / shipping to the United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
Orders will ship within 48 hours (or sooner). All items are located in my home-based shop.
Our shipping rates are a flat $5 for any order.
Orders will be shipped via USPS, either first-class or priority mail depending on the weight. Very large orders might be sent via FedEx. When we deliver your package to the shipper we can't control the delivery date. Due to the COVID-19 crisis there have been delays.
Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You may return most new, uncut, unaltered items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Your fabric is coming from a home that is smoke, smells and animal free. We expect any returned item to arrive the same - free of odor & pet hair.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
